Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — $8.00
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days) — $15.00
Free Shipping: We offer free Standard and Express shipping on all domestic orders over $75.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations including Canada, the UK, Australia, and major markets across Europe and Asia-Pacific. International shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your location, package weight, and the carrier you select (USPS, DHL Express, or FedEx). Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website or through your account on our store.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@outdoorvaulttactical.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
